Join us for our 3rd Annual MEGA Social Tennis Hit
A great way to get back into tennis or start playing!
Sunday 26th February, 11:00am – 1:00pm
Newington College Tennis Courts 200 Stanmore Rd, Stanmore


All ages. All women. Doubles format.
Beginners, intermediate and advanced players all welcome. Play with people of your level.
Just bring your tennis racquet (balls, court hire included) and wear appropriate sport shoes. If you don’t have a racquet please let us know.
COST: $15 general, $10 conc. – followed by pub lunch

To celebrate the Christmas season, we're inviting all competition/social players and mailing list members to our AMAZON CHRISTMAS SOCIAL.

WHEN: Sunday 12 December
TIME: 10:00am - 12:00noon (social tennis hit), followed by lunch and drinks at the Warren View Hotel from 12:30 - 2:30pm

TENNIS LOCATION: Newington College Tennis Courts, 200 Stanmore Rd, Stanmore
XMAS PARTY: Warren View Hotel, 2 Stanmore Rd, Enmore (about 10 min walk from the tennis courts)

COST: $10 for the social tennis and BYO (Buy Your Own) lunch at the Warren View.
First drink free for all Amazon registered members who attend.

We now have KID'S TENNIS for 4 to 12 year olds. Yay for the MUMS!

WHERE: Newington College Tennis Courts, 200 Stanmore Rd, Stanmore (enter via main gates and follow the path on your left hand side until you reach the back of the courts)

WHEN: Same time, same place as where we have our social tennis sessions (1st and 3rd Sundays of the month), 10:00am - 11:00amat

ABOUT / COST: The cost is $5 for little kids, (approx 4 and 5 year olds), and $10 for older kids.  The older kids get more of the coach's time, and the little kids' parents need to help out a bit.  The hope is that we can get it working smoothly so that mums can have a social tennis game too.

SOCIAL TENNIS IS IN DANGER of being stopped due to the lack of attendance on Sunday mornings.

We'd love to keep it running but need people to show their support by turning up more than once a year, and possibly bring friends and new tennis enthusiasts along. Our poor host Didi is sometimes left with only a few people to play with.

If you have any ideas on how to increase awareness, improve our social tennis sessions, or can help us spread the word, it would be fantastic!
